Alex was an amazing help at getting my US (MA) drivers licence transferred to a French license. Very quick at answering questions and great command of the English language. Highly recommended.

Alex made the process of buying a used car 9,000 miles away in France so easy! From purchase to delivery, he took care of all the details from negotiation with the dealer to providing me with a detailed list of documents needed for the registration and purchase/payment. Then the car was waiting for me at the airport and, after a short instruction, I was on my way! He even made sure to set all the commands to English for my ease. The least stressful thing I had to do for my move to France—5 Star Service!

One of the considerations for us moving to France was what to do about our camper van. I contacted Alex to help make enquires about Customs implications and what modifications would be needed to have the vehicle registered in France. Alex was a key part in helping us to discern that, in our case, it would be better to sell our van and buy a new one in France. The purchase would have been daunting without Alex’s help. He helped us understand the features of the van we bought, pay a deposit and ensure we received a Carte Grise. He co-ordinated with one of his colleagues in FAV Services to help us get the right insurance. He has been one of the several friendly voices at FAV Services that removed a lot of the stress of settling in France. I highly recommend him.
